Fck it, last year i knew if the rockets could have gotten it to game 7 they would have won.

Holding true to that statement this year, Harden saved his best for last

I think some of you are looking past the clippers too easily. That's not a good idea. Look for the clippers to do some damage. I'm worried. I don't wanna lose.

i wonder how dwight has fared against bogut historically, when both were healthy. if dwight is able to dominate him on the boards that would be a huge factor. it certainly seems he'd have more of an advantage against him versus tyson or deandre.

I love the fact that DMo is still all in. After the Mavs he said "we wait OUR next opponent". Dude is a Houston Rocket to the bone. Ain't going anywhere else.

If Harden's shot isn't falling, he needs to do everything else. Whether it's battling on the boards, playing hard-nosed defense, setting up teammates. Kind of like Kobe did in game 7 where his shot wasn't falling, he was doing everything else that game.

Basically just staying involved unlike last game.

I don't despise him anymore. After that game, all was forgiven. Even still, I just don't understand him.

No but seriously, I hope the team doesn't come out looking past the clippers. Judging from Dwight's demeanor though I don't think they will. Dwight looks incredibly focused. Just what we need from the big dog.

dwight's paraphrased words from the postgame podium: "these clipppers are a tough tough team, we still have work to do, we know sunday is going to be a dogfight"

i'm sure morey's also got hakeem, clyde, and maybe even horry/elie talking to the players this weekend…..guiding them through what it will take (valuing possessions, limiting mistakes, ignoring the refs, fighting for every rebound, getting back on D every time, etc) to outlast the other team in a double elimination game

in the end, i think we have the best overall player who's due for a monster game (harden), homecourt, and 3 former nba champions in our rotation…..additionally, at this late stage our players already know every last detail about the clippers and there's practically nothing doc rivers can unveil now that would catch our squad or coaching staff off guard…...unless tony brothers and/or ed malloy make an appearance, i'm confident

It doesn't matter one bit what we think or do. It's what the players do..

    too early! Stop that !

p.s. If you have not seen it, anyone with Netflix should watch the Dwight Howard bio on there right now. It is a love feast, but guess what ?

Turns out Dwight IS the love feast. A real man. Not afraid to be who he is regardless. He honors Life itself so hats off Big Man !
