What's sad is our starting 5 on opening night had only 2 games together. And the frontcourt rotation of Dwight, D-Mo, T-Jones, and Smith never once got to play in a single game together. At least one of them was always injured.

i usually dont read the stat sheet after a game. but i just did it for game 7. it surprised me barnes didnt score a single point. how's that possible for a starter? even chuck hayes would score a bucket or 2.

Listening to Cowherd on ESPN radio. He said he still doesn't like Houston or the clips or the hawks. I guess he doesn't realize someone has to be the third best team in the nba.

The crowd at the Toyota Center seemed great. They mentioned several times how noisy it was in the Toyota Center. Also during the pregame when Clutch's motorcycle was revving up during the pregame show on television, it was hilarious.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. This has been a really special team.

Couple of reactions from the victory.

    - I feel sorry for the Clippers. I really do. They earned my respect by beating the Spurs and I really wanted to see them go up against the Warriors. It would've provided far better entertainment and drama. I felt Jordan, Griffin and Paul played great during most of the series but choked at the end. It's an epic collapse on their end and they have no one to blame but themselves.

    - I'm ECSTATIC that we made it to the WCF. I've watched a few Warriors games against both the Pelicans and Grizzlies. They have glaring weaknesses and if we exploit them AND hit our shots, I feel like we have a good shot of advancing. Now it ain't going to be easy since Warriors also play awesome defense and they have a deep bench (which the Clippers didn't have), but we need to really play lights out in order to move on.

    - The Rockets have the confidence and momentum we didn't have after beating the Mavs. Let's hope we carry all this forward against the Warriors and shell shock them.

    GO CLUCH CITY!!!!!

Remember that time when we weren't picked to even make the playoffs?

Remember that time when the pundits were picking the mavs to take us out in the first round?

Remember that time when those same pundits gave us no chance against the Clippers?

I second that request, that would make it even more hysterical than it already is.

You're ecstatic? Doesn't seem like it considering you said you wanted the Clippers to make it. Far better drama? Yeah right.
