Really cool to see. Is it just me or does it seem like Papa is one of Harden's best friends on the team? They seem to have a really good relationship.

Can't wait, have cable and a 55" plasma but do not have DVR so gotta wait until 3 AM (EST) to watch but definitely going to savor every moment !!!

 

That 40 point blow out loss hurt the most for me. So glad to have finally exorcised those demons after 10 years!

 

Yep 3:30 AM on the East coast... Gonna be daylight by the time it's over for me, but I gotta watch it (despite knowing the outcome) since I was working all day and didn't get to see it live (which in retrospect probably saved me a few years on my life...).

 

If we had avatars I would make him my avatar.

 

this is majorly skewed by our losses in this series. because you would expect with a negative point differential that we likely had bad losses and close wins. but in our wins, we're actually over +10 MOV which are pretty comfortable wins. but our losses have been brutal, by nearly -21/22 in our 4 losses.

bottom line, we were +15 point differential the final 3 games of this series. that's domination.

I think it's tasteless... I dislike the dude just like most of us here on clutchfans but his mom died of cancer man and he has never done anything to any of us personally... I would never do something like that... it's very sad really.

 

All 7 games against the Clippers were decided by 10+ points. Obviously games 3 & 4 skew that total. But after going down 19, we were +45 in the final 62 minutes and change in this series.

 

Which is the reason Barnes should have kept his dumbass mouth.

That's what's unusual, though. Teams that advance to the Conference Finals rarely ever get blown out by 20+ points 4 times out of 12 games.

It's been a weird series vs. the Clips. The Dallas series is more or less what you expect it to be: Houston was the better team and won. The Clips series, though, just had all kind of unusual situations.

The Rockets have been a very high variance team this post season. The -0.4 margin didn't come from 1 point wins and 2 point losses. Instead, it's double digit wins and blowout losses. When you are the underdog, like the Rockets are vs. the Warriors, it's better to be high variance than low variance. But obviously it's better not to be the underdog in the first place.

 

He told Harden's mom to suck it.

 

He can use it in the conference finals too!

 

So I guess team didn't travel tonight? Or maybe party then late flight out?

 

the rule is you need to be there the day before afaik, not like there's altitude to get used to
