Damn, that means Rondo will go crazy on us.
Rondo was outstanding, everytime he played on national television.
I hope Lin will get his **** together

I hope that too. Rondo is a tough match up. Rondo is an elite PG and they have Pierce, KG. Terry is good 3 points shooter.

No, it was mostly because of Harden and the team playing better than originally expected. This game was only recently moved to ESPN.

This from last year's Celtics vs Rockets game:

.."Kevin McHale is back on the Rockets bench following the devastating news of his daughter's death. He is facing his old team as an opposing coach for the fourth time, having gone 1-1 with the Timberwolves and 0-1 with the Rockets, a 97-92 OT defeat last season most memorable for McHale benching his leading scorer (Kevin Martin) while the Celtics erased a fourth-quarter deficit.""

    Sound familiar? LOL

Give Harden a break. He's in the same position as Lin was in NYK. He's a 23 yr old first time starter, he's being agressive and has the ball in his hands 90% of the time. Like Lin's were, the turnovers are really high.

Jeremy fixed this problem for the most part in the off season and James can too. Harden's a hard worker so i'm not worried.

I agree about them playing their positions though.

My guess is that Rondo will have his triples, but Houston will come out with the W. I hope the coaches let Lin play and not bench him for two quarters plus an overtime.

Rondo murders Lin, KG and Pierce score in bunches and school the young guys. Double digit loss.

I'm not blaming Harden - just the coaching. McHale keeps commenting about too many turnovers on post game interviews but he has Harden handling the ball too much and leading the league in turnovers. Neither Harden or TD run the offense well. They need to increase Lin's minutes and let him lead the offense. This "Democratic" PG stuff is BS.

The problem is not Harden, it's the coaches. Anytime there's a Harden ISO, the players just stand around watching him drive to the basket. There needs to be more movement. The offense is just 1-on-1 basketball.

If there were more cuts and more movement, I'm sure Harden would set these guys up.

Harden and TD are NOT PG's. They have a shoot first mentality which is fine for a SG but NOT for a PG. Yeah he can probably cut down on his turnovers but that doesn't change the fact McHale are playing bothe Harden and Lin out of position way too much.

maybe offense is so elementary cause they're focusing more attention on improving the D?
