Let’s not overact here. My only beef with Giannis is when he gets touch calls. I feel like a majority of those plays were just play on. Doesn’t look like he’s blatantly running into us. A lot of times he actually beats us to that spot which is crazy cuz of his length. Sure he got away with 1 or 2 charges. But I feel like a lot of his baskets were pretty legit. His shooting also better today which I was shocked about. More pissed that they didn’t review his goal tending. Why is that not reviewed? I hate the touch fouls they gave Brook Lopez more. 7 footer guarded by someone 6 inches shorter out here flopping.
exactly. everyone's makeup is different but the beauty in the game is actually finding what works for you. not saying its 100% going to work out in the end and they'll win a ship, but this way of playing does give this specific rockets team their best chance at a win on any given night. And that it can work. you jump ball and see what happens
1 or 2 charges? That’s 1 or 2 clear offensive fouls that should be called and affect the outcome of games that he gets away with all the time. He is definitely blatantly running into people and using high elbows to create space.

Yes he initiates contact kinda the way Harden use to do as well. I wouldn’t say it’s always an offensive foul cuz he’s not really extending his arms. Most of those plays he’s parallel with Covington or Tucker so it’s not like we beat him to the spot and he just plowed them.
