Jones wasn't in the game at the end. Smith was playing center.

Smith had another great game. Outstanding game. Ariza was excellent. Brewer has just been a gold mine. Harden MVP.

That's a fine team they beat tonight. The Bucks never quit.

One of the many things I like about DMo is he won't complain about PT. He's humble, all about the team W, and happy with the team W.

Well I'm glad you're not DMo then. The team won against a very good team. I'm pretty sure he's happy about that. It's a team sport. DMo is my second favorite Rockets but some of the DMo fans on here are just unbelievable!

I just said the game wasn't in doubt. But a simple double will make the rockets look worthless. That should be something to worry about.

Ugly finish tonight. Sickening even but a win is a win. Hopefully McHale doesn't cost us again when it counts. Lets go Rockets!!!

Everybody knows the Rockets need another playmaker. You act like you discovered some incredible secret about the team.

    D-Mo fan?

Or a fan of common sense basketball?

Or a fan of wanting a competent head coach.

    But I'm sure you're right.

I knew when we had that big lead we were gonna cough it up .

    It always happens.

I don't understand why McHale didn't put in DMO. Bucks have NOONE at center except Henson who is in a minutes restriction and much weaker. The game wouldn't have been so close if DMO was in.
This was the best game of Giannis. He's breaking out. :)

You don't need another play maker to beat a double team.

Smith with a great game and the bench has been amazing.

Wish DMo would hit the boards more but it's hard to argue with his scoring touch and damn he runs the floor better than any guy his size that I can recall.

I'm confused...how did we not beat the double team? Harden passed easily out of it every time. We were just missing easy, but open, shots. Also having DMo out of the lineup didn't help.

What was good about this one is that we beat a decent team without Dwight (5-1 w/o him).
And it looks like Ariza is finding his shot again.
I didn't like the fact that we let them stay in it at the end.
Let's see how we look against Portland.

the double was used to take the ball out of Harden's hands. Passing to the nearest player is not succefully beating the double. Rockets struggled to get a shot after the ball was out of Harden's hand.

If there was a double and there was a cutter and Harden was passing to him that would be different. Harden was just passing to anyone who was close and they were left to try and get a shot. By then the shot clock was already down to a couple seconds.
