Their bench is even worse than ours, if you can believe it. They have one legit high-level prospect in Leonard and a bunch of scrubs.

 

Dont think there is much of a chance of seeing the rooks today (unless blowout) but after the 3 day break expect to see at least 1 vs Nuggets.

 

I sure they take Harden for either of those players.

 

is the rumor of Royce White and Greg Smith playing tonight real

 

Where did you hear this? What about Jones. I really would like to see him get some playing time.

 

Are they giving away free beard tonight? Just askin' :grin:

This game is going to be very tough and maybe the first team that can limit Harden on the offensively with W. Mathew's defense and Batum's help D and also length, not to mention Hickson and Aldridge filling up the paint. Lillard also showing he can be the ROTY. Lin and Harden need to get Aldridge into foul trouble early on by driving in the rim hard. Should be an interesting game if Lin, Asik, Parsons, and Delfino can shoot better than last night.

 

Imagine if in an hour we get a game note that Aldridge has been traded to the Rockets...

 

This is definitely going to be a tougher game than many are expecting. A lot of people underrate Portland, but forget that they were considered a legit playoff team at the beginning of last season. They just had issues all season, especially with Felton who was epically terrible. Lilliard is a huge upgrade and Aldridge is a legit superstar.

Some guys beyond Asik, Harden and Lin really need to step up if we're gonna win this.

 

During halftime of the last game, I asked if Harden's gonna break his record of 37 points with the Houston Rockets... and he did! I have to keep rolling with my superstitions.

Is Harden going to break his 45 point performance from Friday night?

(I know this is unrealistic, but the best part of pre-game, is having ridiculous hopes)
