It's going to be nice to evaluate former Texas son and future Houston Rocket LaMarcus Aldridge in person. :p

I don't see how the rookies get any burn tonight since it appears McHale wants them to show something in a practice first.

Maybe it's the right move, but frustrating not to see Jones out there

If it wasn't for the turnovers, we would have blown them out.

Portland will be tough to beat.

    Lin = Lillard
    Harden > Matthews
    Parsons < Batum
    Patterson < Aldridge
    Asik > Hickson

    But i still predict a Rox win. 104 - 99

Harden and Lin got to have some help. Harden isn't going to play like Superman for 82 games. Morris came up big in the Atlanta game, but we've got to get more from Parsons and Patterson. I wonder when a rookie will get a minute, three games in four days is tough on the starters.

Which Batum will show up? The guy who might have been the Blazers best player against the Lakers, or the guy who could not figure out the ball is round against the Thunder?

Hopefully the Rockets are energized for their home opener. Harden has been the best player on the court the previous two games and that will not change before the Rockets play Miami. The Beard is a true closer and a top 10 if not a top 5 player in the League. Rockets win!

    Beard Me.

Rockets run out of steam. James Harden and Jeremy Lin has been playing a lot of minutes over the past few games so they'll face a really deep Portland team and be beaten by depth and depth alone.

The Blazers bench is pretty bad itself.

After the game, Lin was interviewed by the CSN crew, he looked so tired.

I'm hoping Harden plays another 30+ points and Lin stays solid.

The rest of the starters needs to step up too.

Parsons needs to get his shots going.

Hopefully Patterson helps inside the paint.

Asik will be Asik, working like a gym rat.

The bench needs to help a lot.

    Is that asking too much?

Is Greg Smith playing? We need him out there because Asik looked dead tired during the 4th Q. He could barely run last night. Lin and Harden had to wait for him on few occasions.
