    Notice that Sen89 left san antonio out of his list. Let that be an example for all Rockets fans.

    Seeing that grey jersey NOT on Dwight makes me like it a little more. I think his physique contorts the lines too much. If I could change my vote, I'd say all three now. The jerseys aren't perfect, but they are an improvement.

    No, that's not their mascot. They have that mascot only during Mardi Gras. It's called "King Cake Baby".

    A popular desert during Mardi Gras is King Cake. The cake is baked with a plastic baby inside. Whoever gets the slice with the baby is supposed to buy the next King Cake. It's a local tradition:

    And those alternate NOLA jerseys are going to be worn during Mardi Gras, which lasts for about 2 weeks or so.

    And it isn't just some little festival. It's a HUGE celebration that is a big part of the culture of the city.

    I love the Mardi Gras unis. Would like them more without sleeves, but so it goes.

    I get it, it's just that so many colours and the combo could never work like this. Again, just because it's an honour of something and has a little story behind, does not make it more acceptable. Same with that dumb chess board pattern for our new alternates.

    yes. I will take the Rockets' alts over these abomination of jerseys anytime. It's like the puking after getting drunk on the carnival on a jersey. Maybe that's the real inspiration here.

    It looks bad because the helmets don't match. They should have matching helmets for that game too, otherwise it looks dumb.

    It is, especially in the Pro Bowl, but it still looks stupid when the helmet doesn't match at all. Giants combo doesn't look that bad, especially compared to SF.
