Perfection eludes me. Rooted for Yale, but they were definitely getting jittery down the home stretch. Doesn't bode well for the matchup with Duke. Baylor on the other hand fell apart internally. But never pick Baylor... that's the golden rule as they always disappoint.
Was little curious bout who makes the final four floors, what happens if one of the boards is damaged, the cost to buy a court, the specs on how the boards interlock, and where the court ends up when done using. Made by Connor Sports. Cost for a new court is about 100k. Cost for a team to buy a used ncaa tournament court is 90k and all of them sell. The NCAA winner usually buys the title court to hang in their gyms. Many teams using as their home court with their logo. If a board is damaged, they make a replacement and reinstall it, and that does happen quite a bit. Also, the elevated courts are used because the seating and sightlines in football stadiums are sloped differently than they should be for a basketball court or stadium, so the elevation is designed to improve sightlines for paid customers, and of course so they can sell tickets for an entire stadium rather than just half a stadium. So both financial and visual.
