How is it when a contributing member has only 1 little green box by his handle? I would think I could have 2 by now.. What gives? And how do you get the darn things?
You've been here a very long time, so I'm not sure if your serious, or your just in a trolling mood....but I'll play along. Whenever you make a quality post, be it a comment/analysis/meme, or gif that someone likes, they can choose to rep you for it by clicking the +rep button. Some posters have stronger rep power, so whenever you receive rep you won't always receive the same amount of rep points! Usually the longer you've been on CF, and the more rep bars you have, the more your rep is worth! After you've accumulated 100rep points you'll receive that second "green box" that you long for! (P.S) You can view your rep points by clicking the User CP button on top of the page... ....... ....... .......
you have to build a sense of camaraderie to get them. you don't get them by being a dork and beating a dead horse like i did in the sentence prior.
Lol, I wish!! I actually think it works against me, but it's no biggie, I come to CF to relax and be entertained, and repp points are welcomed but aren't necessary for me to enjoy the site. ....... ....... .......
I'll take a stab at it: You are supposed to contribute in order to get "Contributing Membership" status... However, I have yet to receive such status after maybe 2 months. I'm not sure what to do about that. I still recommend donating to the site.
I'm sorry that it bothers you so much! I'm sure you're not the only one who feels this way, in fact I know you're not the only one. I try not to be offensive towards anyone and respect everyone's opinion, but it seems that these 21 little dots cause a lot disdain towards me from my fellow CF members. WHY? I haven't got a clue, it's as if I'm trolling the site to start a conflict with my brehs when in reality all I want is to relax and enjoy talking with other like minded Rocket Fans! The dots are not a code, or a spell , or anything of that nature, and what they mean I'd rather not share. I hope this post doesn't further your dislike towards me, on the contrary, I hope this broke the barrier. ....... ....... .......
