Why do I need to follow the team? Why go to the games. I'm interested in the team and the players. Every other team reports it. Fox reported Welkers concussion in hours, this has taken two weeks.

The real question is what is the point of hiding it? What did it help?

Have to agree, why should the NFl report any injury at all if not a concussion? Maybe a game day requirement dodge?

Coming from New England, where they disclose little to no information and are vague on injury information, yes, continue to expect this.

Under Kubiak, "He got a head John." :p

"Got an ankle", "got a hamstring", "got an arm", etc.

The only reason the NFL reports injuries is to set the betting line. Preseason, it is not a requirement. Otherwise....all fans need to know is he didn't play because of precautions. Clowney being hurt doesnt affect you....being a Texans' fan does it? If it does....you are not a fan.

This guy has already had pulled muscles, bone spurs, sports hernia, and a concussion. And he hasn't even played one real game as a pro. Hoping for the best, but he doesn't seem real durable.

I can appreciate the 'Hoodie' style cloak and dagger, but really...... The number 1 pick got a concussion and it's ok to gloss it over?

I guess you never played football above pee wee?

Football players are ALWAYS hurt. There isn't a college or pro football player that is not nursing something.

This happened in practice. Yes, we are talking about practice. I assume that when concussed during a game (Welker), information is released per NFL policy.

why all the talk about whether or not the Texans should have disclosed Clowney's concussion?

The bigger question is this makes two concussions in the last yr for him and he is yet to play his first NFL game. Should they be concerned?

Clowney's issue is that he leads with his head on every tackle. He needs to cut that **** out.
