Last night game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOMfco4qwoM#t=12 http://dleague.nba.com/games/20150107/LADRGV/
Capela with a 13/9/2/2/2 line on 6-8 shooting, 1-1 FT in 24 minutes. Johnson with the 24/11/7/3/1 line on 8-21 shooting, 2-9 3s. Also 8 TOs. Keep shooting 3s until they go in.
Pretty awesome even for the D-League. I might be the worst young talent assessor on this forum but I think Clint is going to be special in this league.
I could give you a run for your money. I loudly predicted the following: Chris Bosh would be a bust PJ Tucker would be the next Charles Barkley Joakim Noah would be a bust Josh McRoberts would be great Russell Westbrook would be worse than Jerryd Bayless I've gotten better over the last few years mainly because I learned to not say much about prospects other than vague nothingness like, "If he learns to do X, he could be a nice player."

Does the D-League just hire high school football announcers or something? Is there a rule where they have to swallow the mic to give it an authentic "down to earth" feeling? I swear the microphones they are using are PS3 Rockband quality. Go to guitar center and get a 60 dollar condenser mic or something.
The best part of nbadl highlights is the intro music. It feels like I'm about to play NBA jam- big head on of course.
I was like only 8 rebounds.. (Greedy I know).. Looked at the box score.. they were all offensive rebounds.
Just keep this guy in the system for a couple years. I hope that if he is included in a trade it is because he has legit value to another team. I just think he is going to be really good in the NBA. Could take a couple years for him to adjust to that game though. Maybe he comes up and plays a little to progressively more over the next two years. I would think he be a stud after that.
He SOOOO young. So much so that I would assume he is not done growing. That says nothing about how much he is likely to bulk up over the next few years. Just get him in the weight room with Dwight and D-Mo, (We still employ the strength coach that bulked up Dwight in Orlando, correct?) and get Mchale, Hakeem, C.D. to work with him every single day of the off-season on the court. So much potential, you just can't argue with that mix of height, length, athleticism, and timing.
Clint Capela had 12 pts, 12 rbds and 6 bks in only 25 min. last night in a D-League game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=st75LNKSyS4 http://dleague.nba.com/games/20150110/RGVTEX/ https://www.facebook.com/pages/swisshopesch/195713767149208
I have not seen a lot of Clint but what I have seen shows a guy who despite being raw has some solid fundamentals and few bad habits. He has either been coached really well or has a naturally high basketball IQ.
Clint Capela had 17 pts, 11 rbds and 4 bks in 25 min. for the Vipers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1GcL4uib3g&sns=fb&app=desktop http://dleague.nba.com/games/20150116/RGVERI/
