Warriors are totally exposing him. Clint has no post game!!!! Meanwhile, he needs good lobs and entry passes. If the lob ain’t there. He can’t dunk it.
Can't hope for much shooting out of Shumpert, but House needs to start making some shots if he really wants that lucre next year.
Dudes a certified pus*y. Sick of him. Put up or shut up....should have kept his mouth shut at the presser.
Capela’s been playing real soft in the paint...role players usually play better at home tho, so we’ll see what’s up in game 3
Durant is locking him down, and he has about 0.5 seconds to operate before a help defender comes in. He needs to go up strong and dunk it but he just looks shook.
We will never know because we didn't trade Capela for Thon Maker. If in a parallel universe, we did the trade and kicked GSW's butts in this series, then yes, he is vindicated.
The negative number being that large is a total indictment on the coaching. It was quite clear from Game 1 that Capela was not going to be effective in this series because of the Warriors starting with small ball, yet the Rockets actually gave Capela 33 minutes in Game 2. It's almost like the Rockets primary coaches are in retirement age. Oh wait, they are.
Should we try out Hartenstein for spot minutes? At least he could maybe hit a 3 and spread the floor a bit.
The numbers are clear: Rivers-Shumpert-Tucker-Faried-Nene should start! Nene +12 Rivers* +10 Shumpert +8 Faried* +2 Tucker -1 Paul -2 Harden -6 House -8 Green -12 Gordon -17 Capela -36 Hartenstein DNP Clark DNP Chiozza DNP Frazier DNP *Only played in 1 of the 2 games
GS is doing good job in defending lob. I think we need to mix up our offense with pick and roll with clint and harden/cp3. On the roll, there is usually another defender coming for help, so instead of forcing pass to clint we need to find the open 3 pt shooter.
