Posted this in the GARM about 30 min ago. Take it for what this is worth. I know of a girl who is very close friends with Lebron. She lives in Miami. She was in Cleveland over the break. She just posted a facebook status saying "It will be a sad, sad day for the 305 tomorrow." — feeling depressed.
This is my dream scenario...mainly because it would most likely result in Bosh coming to the Rox, lol
This is what I said in the other thread! It would truly be the best move from a reputation standpoint...and they won't suck as a team next year, either.
This. It'd be a great story. I doubt he'd win a championship there, but he'd be less hated that's for sure. I still think any FA's best chance to win now is Houston, pretty easily. Shocking that we might strike out on everyone.
"For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ So they began to collect the burnt jerseys and celebrated."
If he chooses Cleveland he HAS to do another "The Decision" show. People would feel good will towards him if he goes back. They will LOVE him again if he does it on a TV show. It would right a wrong.
I'm not against signing the guy...I just feel that we'd overpay and there's a good chance he'd end up as a dud. Dude's already 30.
