My question is, can you block phone numbers from calling your Cingular wireless phone?

I have had a Baton Rouge number essentially prank calling me for the past 2 months and I am to the point where something needs to be done.

Cingular's website says it can't be done, but I'm hoping someone knows a secret service code or something.

report them to the gov saying they are making terroristic threats/pranks....
