Sean Penn, Ryan Gosling, Josh Brolin & Emma Stone. Same guy who directed Zombieland. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/yc3Ab52uqM8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Sean Penn's talent is wasted in this movie. Gosling doesn't fit at all in this movie, guy is too much of a pretty boy. He's starting to become the next Keanu Reeves, I used to think he can act well but his face is too pokerfaced like Kristen Stewart. The director is awful.
Idk what u guys saw but I thought this looked pretty good..Just wondering wtf is wrong with Sean Penn's Face?
Didnt we have this movie a few years ago starring Johnny Depp and Christian Bale? Looks like its gonna suck
Penn plays the same guy in every movie. Not a fan of his at all. 100% with you on Gosling though. I have yet to see a movie with him in it where he "fits" in the role he's playing.
Josh inherited his dad's looks and persona but none of his keenly horrific acting choices. Didn't this guy do Aamco commercials for like a decade? Wasn't he in some fake movie scene with Morgan Fairchild in Pee Wee's Big Adventure? Pensecola, Wings of Gold?
Unless you're basing it off Zombieland, and not this trailer who by the way has it's own (editor/director) how can you say that without watching the movie?
Watch Blue Valentine. Really really good acting in that movie by both Ryan and Michelle. Plus, it's not your usual love story. Really touched me and I could feel what they we're going through. I do agree that Gosling doesn't really fit in here -- after watching the trailer -- whats up with his voice? I'll judge when I see it though.
I thought he fit perfectly well as the smooth talking playboy in "Crazy, Stupid, Love". He was pretty much the only thing I liked about that movie. And he was awesome in "Drive". Not bad in "Ides of March" either.
I want a damn hood movie set in a ghetto with black people and ish. Menace, Juice, Friday, Dead Presidents, etc. have been soooo long ago. :/
