Its illegal for Russians to spread fake news but its legal for Americans to do it. Gotcha.

So does constitutional rights (free speech) apply to everyone or just US citizens. Please clarify.

The Russians didn't write the DNC's emails...

They also didn't tamper with voting.

So did the "mainstream" media here in our own country.

If you want any of this censored, it must all be censored. Would you support that?

Wow, amazing the extent that the conservatives on this board are going to defend the Russian efforts to influence the United States election.

Much like Deepthroat told Woodward and Bernstein: "follow the money."

Trump is neck deep in hock to the Russians. They have him by the balls after bailing him out after his multiple bankruptcies.

Still wonder why have we not ever seen his tax returns? We won't.

I just don't see how it's relevant, they DIDN'T influence the United States election. I think we should assume that they've done things to TRY and influence the election in the US since back when Bernie was honeymooning there. I'm not sure how this year is any different. Sure the DNC got embarrassed by their own words and their efforts to influence the United States election via collusion with the media and their efforts to rig their own primary.....but is that really THAT big a deal?

I just don't see how it's relevant - IMO, that nuclear missile that NOrth Korea launched at us landed in Kansas in the middle of empty unused farmland anyway - but is that really THAT big a deal?

When Sam has to resort to "the absurd", you know he's just venting his rage and sour grapes.

You don't care about it. But for most of us, trying to protect our democracy is a good thing.

You know, when you change the poster's statement to then make a statement you believe support your own position, its neither funny, nor clever (with or without the "fixed it for you") regardless of what you may think. It actually reflects poorly on your own integrity, and since this seems to be a debate over whether Russian influence over our political process is right or wrong, perhaps I shouldn't be surprised you seem to believe it is not wrong.

The Russians also didn't hack the RNC's emails. Or Trump's, or KellyAnne Conway's....

Put THOSE emails out there and people might have been smart enough not to vote for Trump. Then again, nothing this election cycle seemed to matter. Put the thin-skinned vengeance-minded rich racist bully reality TV guy in the White House. What can go wrong?

Imagine the hue and cry if the Russians had been caught trying to help Hillary. All these "so what; meh, it doesn't matter" individuals would be calling her a traitor worthy of a firing squad. Trump? Hey, it's OK: he's strong. We need a strong leader. Like Putin.

The DNC (John Podesta) got duped into falling for a phishing email! We can't have that level of stupidity in charge.

So we're in agreement about Trump's qualification as the leader of the free world. Great.

Holy **** was Assange's AMA ultimate destruction.

He just simply can't make any credible defense to the accusations. What a stupid decision to do an AMA. There is actually legitimate evidence that Assange has no control over the leaks for a while now.

    incorrect.
If this was the RNC, very little would have been said.
If Hillary won, very little would be said.

This is all about Hillary losing and trying to find external sources to fault her for losing.

You seriously believe this many people are THIS passionate about Hillary?

Apply Occam's Razor for goodness sakes.

I only saw like 5 responses from him that were all very short. What am I missing?
