I said at the time they should have kept Arians. One of many bad decisions by the franchise. Colts have made a comedy of errors the last 2-3 years.

A bit strange. It's not like they missed out on the playoffs this year with a completely healthy squad. Also, Pagano beat cancer; I know that has nothing to do with job security, but it just seems like insult to injury, from an outsider's perspective.
Colts exposed without Luck covering it all up. Covered up ****ty coaching Covered up ****ty GM work Grigson should be next.
Luck was the only thing keeping the team afloat. The rest of the team is awful. Pagano hasn't done a good job and Ryan Grigson sucks too. Indy should replace him as well.
That'd be funny if they hired Chip Kelly. It'd be really really sad if they hired Chip Kelly and he was awesome for them...
I agree with this. But how would you have handled that situation? How would you have announced the change? Even with the "Arians has earned it" reason, it would have been a PR disaster (yet another) for that franchise
They didn't really have a choice. You don't fire a guy that gets cancer before he even gets a chance to prove himself.
Exactly. They were in a no-win situation. I think we all understand that sports is a tough business, but no franchise wants to be known as the franchise that replaced the coach who just beat cancer.
Screw the colts...I could care less about their misfortunes...and inability to keep a good coach like Bruce around. Thank god...Or the Texans would spend yet another 10-20 years being the Colts' b___. I for one am glad that Luck isnt paired with a HOF mind...Gives the Texans tons of reasons to take over the division and perhaps one day...win it all. While Luck and the Colts remain a background shadow...
The guy had an uncharacteristic run of good fortune (in terms of health) given the amount of hits he takes. It was only a matter of time before he'd have to miss a game due to injury. His next step in development is to learn to do what made Brady/Manning so successful (and durable)... namely learning how to anticipate where the pressure is coming from, and how to avoid it easily (even if you don't have athleticism/speed). QB's who take hits... and QB's who take off and run a lot... don't last in the NFL.
