I think Snyder will get the start and Battier and Tmac slide down. Hopefully Bonzi can come in and take Snyders minutes. Novak might get a couple here or there, but i doubt it, was good to see V-span late in the game last night. Victor Greek Cigar

thank goodness it's only 2 weeks. if this injury happened last year he would have ended up being out for the year. our luck is changing :D

Don't forget, it's at *least* two weeks, but yeah, it's pretty good news all things considered. What a shame, ya gotta love what he brings on the court.

Bonzi's rebounding would have been a good backup plan to a Hayes injury. Now, with those two out and the difficult schedule looming, it's going to be hard to scratch some W's this week unless T-Mac and the rest of the backcourt take it up a notch.

Hate to be pessimistic, but dream on about Novak. We can all look forward to the J-Ho show this week with Padgett's equally ineffective D backing him up. It could get ugly on the BBS soon.

HOUSTON – Houston Rockets forward Chuck Hayes is expected to miss up to two weeks after suffering a hyperextension and contusion of his left knee following a third-quarter collision with Miami center Shaquille O’Neal in last night’s 94-72 victory over the Heat. Results of an MRI test performed this morning at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center revealed no further damage and Hayes will be re-evaluated by Rockets Team Physician Dr. Tom Clanton later this week.

Do we start Snyder or Head? I don't think starting Juwan is a good idea. This team will really have to bind together to cover up for Hayes's energy.

i tihnk snyder gets the start. he was supposed to be our starter at the start of the season. head is needed to backup rafer. if they are both winded at the same time we're screwed at the 1.

starting juwon is a terrible idea. he's better (still not good) against the opponents second unit.

hopefully battier can step up in the emotional, energy, scrappy guy role. he is one of the best at that stuff in the nba.

2 weeks isn't bad at all. The Rockets have been winning with T-Mac having only one great shooting performance so far, so I think they can hold the fort til late November/early December.

Let's not get carried away here, people. It's Chuck Hayes out with an injury. Not Yao Ming.
