I don't think you know what a chromebook is. It's not a laptop computer. It's a glorified iPad that uses he cloud to run programs. Without the internet it is useless.

 

I think if you're killing people over Photoshop and After Effects then you've got bigger problems.

But yes, there is a streaming version of Photoshop.
