Our guys are generally not very tough. Kobe is a very tough guy, but will not be on this team. This year, we have Scola, SF3 etc, they are tough guys, hoping they can help the team to go to next level.
let's trade him now.........jk.........lol is saw the thread about tmac kobe thread and i was no.........and then i saw this one and thinking if anyother clutchfan members were thinking the same, trade him now.........but i was joking.
I think this is what we should expect from T-mac because he is really getting old in terms of basketball age. The good thing is that we have a system and the players to hold the fort. I know its pre-season but along with the recent past we should expect small injuries like this to happen more often.
Yes, it is a bruise, not a big deal, but every time TMac or Yao has something, it causes a little concern for the fans. I think it is ok.
It's preseason. Save him for the regular season. The last thing we need is for these guys from Greece rough-housing with our stars while they are trying to "prove they can hang" with the NBA teams.
even if he's going to be okay, this is getting so old with tmac. i love the guy but question whether he really wants to be out there or not. all this talk about a kobe trade makes me want to pull the tirgger on it. okay, not really.
McGrady is gonna pull a Shaq this year and play in about 60 games or so. And you know what........I don't mind one bit. I'd like to see him save himself for the postseason and be able to be fresh, not going in all broke down from playing too many minutes with nagging injuries.
um it's PRESEASON. u know that kobe has sat out several preseason games a few yrs ago to treat some knee tendinitis right? this is only a PRECAUTION. there's still 5 preseason games after this. what kind of logic is that? so if yao gets twists his ankle and has to miss a week, u wanna trade him too since he's more injured the past 2 yrs than tmac? my goodness.
he broke down last yr not b/c of many minutes played (35mpg was not much), but the responsibilities that he had. this yr, he'll have less responsibility and only do scoring for the most part so he's not gonna be fatigued at the end of games or in the playoffs.
