[Chron] Lowry Glad to be Back in Houston, if only for a game

I kinda miss you Kyle, but you made the choice of me, or coach. So, you wanted to be out of Houston more than the Rockets want to get rid of you. I wish you a great season except against the Rockets.

You rarely ever see a athlete that comes to Houston and regrets it. So many seem to love it here and settle here after they retire and what not. It really is a underrated city...

With that said, I hope Lin plays well against him or we'll have 7 new Lin threads if not more.

Lowry is one of my all-time favorite Rockets. Hope he gets the return welcome he deserves. If i wasn't so appalled by the way half the Toyota center is unaffordable corporate box seats, or wasn't boycotting the games because of their greedy Comcast deal, I'd be right there in attendance cheering for Kyle's return.

It pumped me up to see he still has love for the city. He loves his Philly teams, but there he was on Thanksgiving, rooting for the Texans. (sure the Eagles suck, but that's something else)



It does piss me off that Houston isn't a target for Free Agency, but they sure as hell love coming here.

 

Kyle Lowry is a true professional and I hope he retires a Rocket.

 

Bring him back in 2014 when McHale's coaching staff is gone and Kyle is a free agent.
