His name alone should be reason enough for a ban from all the Rockets forums. I'm guessing this guy is a butthurt Knicks fan.
In fact, I would dare say that most of the more "over-the-top" pretend fans are really just trolls in disguise. So now that it's clear there are trolls that pretend to be fans and say outrageous things, does that make people like the player more? I bet it doesn't, so I don't understand why the reverse would make someone dislike a player. It simply doesn't make sense to let how others act decide how you feel about a player. If you want to dislike that specific poster, then yeah, that makes sense. But someone else?
Well, it's cool. I got baited before too by someone who said a few pages later that he was kidding. So we just gotta learn not to lash out so fast.
A troll is a troll is a troll. I don't think I was lashing out irrationally. Dude deserves a ban for his incitement, but that's just IMO.
It'd be better if he skipped the All Star game. But he might not want to skip it completely. It's his first time and luckily in his (new) home city. He'll want to at least step on the court and do something. At least let him play a few minutes for the fans. Unless he's really injured.
Harden doesn't need to practice, it's a waste of energy and more abuse on the body. No need to run around and get hurt. Only the scrubs should have to practice. Lin only needs to shoot the three ball. No need for him to run around and get hurt either.
What fake injury?! I hope you mean Jeremy's rolled ankles which didn't inhibit him to play the next day. But those aren't fake injuries! I also hope Harden is well enough to play tonight.
