I bet if Nolan teams up with NatGeo, this film would be mega awesome AND educational.

Yes when they aren't wearing form fitted spandex with carbon fiber molded armor. The lead also speaks with a gravelly voice while wearing said spandex.

The part of the article that stood out to me was that Spielberg's next film was titled "Robopocalypse."

Like Tarantino before him, I've become wary of Nolan movies. He's done some good movies, but the recent ones have had some painful weaknesses that dominate my memory of them. Inception was overwrought. Dark Knight Rises was pedestrian. He needs to step up his game.

I'm hoping that's the working title and they'd market with something much better.

Do the people that say they hate Nolan's movies actually hate them or are they just trying to stand out. Aside from Insomnia, how can you hate any of his movies? I can understand not loving/oogling over them like most of us, but hating??

Will this be better than Looper?

Maybe it's because Optimal in the Forever Alone thread kept on saying it but I really wish people would quit mistaking Opinion for Truth

The Dark Knight Rises is probably Nolan's worst film. And its still decent enough.

For me the list is as follows:

    1.) The Dark Knight
    2.) The Prestige
    3.) Memento
    4.) Batman Begins
    5.) Inception
    6.) Insomnia
    7.) Following
    8.) The Dark Knight Rises

This new project sounds exciting, though i wonder how he will tackle the visuals as he is mostly against CGI. Space and time travel sounds like it would require heavy CGI. Unless he did something like Darren Aronofsky did for The Fountain..one of my fav films of all time.

I'm totally happy he's doing a smart sci-fi but I'm totally ****ing happy for any good sci-fi movies. I think Interstellar is right up his alley. His movies been solid up until The Dark Knight Rises. Spaceships and time travel? Sign me up!

So who is left for Star Wars that hasn't said no or already has too much on their plate? Nothing but mediocre directors? Fincher is the best available, but i doubt it. Most likely Joe Johnston..lame..or Favreau...eh...Vaughn...ehh okay i guess..but not eh.
