    Don't matter. No one counted CP3 to Chandler alley oops after the game ended. Unimportant number. Only important numbers after this game are 3 (our current place in the West) and 18. I can't wait to play them again.

    Alston made seven of 13 shots, scoring 20 points, trading shouts with the Hornets bench and particularly Tyson Chandler, the 7-1 Hornets center with whom he squared off in New Orleans. They shouted at each other after the game Saturday after Chandler joined a conversation between Alston and official James Capers.

    "I don't like them. They don't like me," Alston said. "They keep telling me to stop talking. I'm great at talking trash."

    Paul, considered an MVP candidate, was pretty good at it, too.

    "I wish I could be half as good as him one of these days in the NBA," Paul said, "since he thinks he's so great."
