Look at the bright side. The Rockets are so dominant this season, we have to entertain ourselves between games with these kinds of threads.

Well, the money has to match up.

So, I could see the Rockets offering up Anderson.

And, I could see OKC asking for Gordon and other pieces.

Seems unlikely, but maybe not impossible.

Tell Tilman to offer up a house on the pleasure pier. Paul George loves fishing.

OKC will demand a King's ransom for him, and that's not worth it, even if George is willing to stay with the Rockets.

it would be great if hou gets the chance to sign him outright in FA

i dont doubt morey would trade for pg13 without a ton of confidence that pg13 resigns with hou. if he doesn't then he wont make the move when he can just hold his cards and see what happens after this year and how his situation unfolds

Zero chance Maurey gives up Gohan for this pretending chucker. Leave him to rot in OKC.

if pg13 is willing to stay with the rockets and makes it known, thats a huge game changer whether you want to believe it or not

I'd trade RINO and PJ Tucker. Any other rotational player is off limits.

I'd do that to get Ryans contract off the books, making it possible to chase a big signing in the offseason after George jets, and also so we can resign moute to a longer deal.

No reason for anyone to bite at OKC's trash offerings. PG will leave, they will be desperate to deal Carmelo to a team he wants before he opts into his PO. Zero leverage.

Yeah, that's not going to happen...the only possibile deal would've to be something like PG for Gordon and salary fillers like Black/Troy/Nanu, not sure about Ariza, he's expring, and i don't even think OKC would have that much interest in him since he would probably bolt, maybe Tucker or Luc (which would be better for us since there's a chance we're not going to keep him anyway).

And that is something i would do (if i'm Morey) only if PG agrees to resign here, if not he can stay two more months in OKC and leave for the Lakers.

I still think nothing will happen though, unless George says he's 100% not staying, unfortunately i can't see OKC miss the playoffs so, i think they'll give the team a shot and then whatever.

They get Ryan Anderson, that's it.

Otherwise, hell no. Our team right now is the best team in the NBA.

Somebody is either on drugs or just making stuff up. Obviously it won't involved EG and the Rockets don't have enough other assets to make a legit offer.

You’re overthinking this. George is 100 x the player ariza is.

He’s an all star can score and play defense. I know he may not be a superstar but that’s like saying you wouldn’t trade ariza for Kawhi or Durant because he’s a “better fit.”

I swear some of you guys are crazy. We’re good but not golden state good. They’re at another level.

Ryno is the only player I’d do it for...PG13 is hitting 40% from 3 this year, .397 last year and 43% fg this year so far.

Can always use another elite wing defender that can make a play for himself.

If we only gave up Ryno, I could see him re-signing to stay here with the other Cali boys and head there with them during the off-season.

    Would rather him over Melo...
