Homelessness
Over priced medicine compared to rest of nations
Destruction of jobs to due monopolies gaining power (Amazon)
Our own Budget deficit
Our own handling of the virus
USA corporations that hoard over $100 billion in Cash and continue to pay their executives enough money to support 100 generations
Hate Groups that seem to pop up in USA (BLM, Kill white cops, White supremacy, and the countless many more groups)
Fading Middle class

The list is long...i don't disagree China could be dangerous. But not as dangerous as our Government makes it out.

If there is any reason why USA declining it's because Winners don't talk, they show actions. Our government talks a lot so I am surprised they agreed on a bill so fast for the virus, which includes $$$$ of payout for industries that price gouge consumer or don't pay any government taxes...but hey...it's a win right for the middle class of America right..

 

People get so furious after the fact and start pointing fingers as if it makes them feel better, like this idiotic thread. No country has had their hands clean when it comes to destruction. Especially like us, Americans, here should not even be giving life lessons when we are the only ones to drop an atomic bomb killing so many innocent. So stop with this recency bias. It is time to come together and find a solution to the problem. We can only get stronger and learn from our mistakes.

 

Trump ****ed this up for us Americans by disbanding the pandemic team. Instead of responding like South Korea or Taiwan (both relatively free countries so not the brutal authoritarian response used by China) we have a response that basically let 1 case in January become a crisis here. Trump lied about testing. Trump lied about how corporations would fix it. Trump just lies. And instead of standing up to it, you conservative leaning posters are like the abused spouse in a bad relationship still sticking up for their man. “It’s China’s fault we have a pandemic in the US. Only China or Europe could have stopped this. Trump’s response has been perfect. Why are liberals getting so mad when I call it the China virus or China Flu or Kung Flu”


Frankly as of this morning, I see through this schtick. You call it whatever you want. You’re not going to change the conversation that Trump’s ignorance, narcism, and ultimately early inaction led to the destruction of the American economy. I may have a job through this, but unemployment is going to sky rocket as we do our best to prevent the whole US from becoming Italy. And because of Trump’s lack of leadership we probably still will be like Italy, so he will have the blood of millions Americans on his hands AND hold the title to destroying the American economy. Next time conservative and conservative-leaning voters, do not nominate a populist narcissist who does not know how to successfully run a casino to run the highest office in the world because you think you might get some deregulation, tax cuts, or abortion banned, or just you agree with his views toward non-whites.

This is China dude. I believe they have learned a big lesson here. And of all the countries in the world, China is the only one capable of enforcing an effective ban than any other country could. They excel at this. Besides losing lives, their economy is going to be a complete **** for many months if not years. They won't make the same mistake again, or at least I hope not.

 

It was Trump himself who killed TPP which was all about limiting corporate forays into China. Yes, your leader did China a big favor by killing any threat to China's control of our supply chain.
