    Can you believe it, China is in medal round. Came back from a 7 pt deficit at the begining of 4th. Yao is the man! Both ends. 27 pts 15 boards, something like that. Yao can start shaving now.

    Could've been US, had it got that #1 spot in the group. Yeah Lithuania. China might have chance. LTV is a half court team like China, and its former head coach is China's assistant coach!

    Good to see that China sneaks in to the final 8. Wish Yao & Co have a decent game against LTV. It doesn't matter if they win or lose, we just want to see some decent effort

    well going by the live updates it looked like serbia nearly buried china with 3's. the reality is lithuania have won 5 games and have been deadly with their 3pt shooting.

    Wow, that's like a minor miracle. Feed the ball to Yao, pull the upset, and make it to the final 4. Anything is possible.

    I heard he injured the toe in the game vs New Zealand (which 'might' explain his poor peformance in the previous 2 games) and plays through with pain killers.
