    What backwards thinking leads to... If it had just been that one man, i'd say it was all due to severe insecurity In his own manhood... but, the fact that all his friends joined in beating this woman to death for simply rejecting his advances, and no one stepped in to help her.... It has to be an ongoing regional mentality against Chinese women....

    What's with these parts of the world that still view women as property or inferior to man...?

    What's additionally screwed up is that in the video you see many young men standing around and just watching. In China right now, the culture is that it is very rare for bystanders to help a stranger because of the fear of liability and a general lack of social empathy.

    edit: nevermind, I didn't read that several men were involved. I suppose it would have been a dangerous decision for anyone to take action. Also, percicles is a d-bag for needing to bring Indian/Chinese race into his original post. Makes me wonder who's the insecure one.

    I couldn't care less what the Vatican thinks... have you not been following my posts on religion...?

    There will always be a number of men who think this way, but I'm referring to parts of the world where it's violently prevalent in a society.... like many parts of Asia, South America and the Middle East, even some parts of Europe....

    There are still issues of sexual equality in the states, and other parts of the world, but it's not to a violently prevalent degree...
