That's what you're gonna get from a team of underdogs: underperformance.

Y'all do realize its pretty much impossible for Chase to jump over Yao right? Chase is 79 inches tall. Let's say 39 inches of that is the ground to his crotch, being conservative. Yao is 90 inches tall. 90-39=51. So unless Yao is sitting or ducks a LOT, no way Chase can clear him Vince Carter style. Even that dunk you can see Weis ducking a bit and Yao is a good half a foot taller than him.

No it wasn't... Jamario can dunk from about a foot behind the free throw line.

The reason he couldn't do it in the contest was because of the rules. They forced him to use a partner on one of the dunks, so he tried to do an alley oop from the freethrow line instead.

It's been 4 years since I've looked at the video, and upon further review I could very well be wrong - but I'm still skeptical. If I remember correctly, someone on another forum posted a series of screenshots breaking down why they felt it wasn't legit, and they must have convinced me.

One thing is for sure, though. Chase's video is complete BS.

It's a marketing scheme to get people interested or hyped for Bud. Of course it's not real.

That would be the greatest spectacle ever! Somebody tweet him this idea.

Yeah, for Chase to actually complete a dunk like this his head would have to be well above the rim. I've never seen Chase get up even close to that high. His dunks are pretty unspectacular, actually. Maybe he'd do well in a dunk contest 40 years ago.

Shumpert is OUT. Jeremy Evans is in, this means no more Lin.

ALL THE CHINESE VOTES ARE BUD'S!

FWIW, that would make Yao 7'8, which he's not.

For these types of dunks, the person standing usually always hunches over, making them shorter, and the crowd still eats it up.

I'd be surprised if he could even do that. These guys, faking a video of Chase over Yao... I hate you Parsons and Air Bud,, lol.
