I think we got the best end, for our own purposes...we gave up a 4th-string forward (Howard, Swift, Hayes were ahead of Baxter) for a defensive-minded, young athlete who can shoot some and will earn (or SHOULD earn) quality rotation minutes right off the bat...

I really liked what they had to say about Bogans. It makes me feel alot better about the trade. Not that I thought losing Baxter would hurt us, but now I'm thinking "Maybe Bogans will help."

Before, I just figured it was an end of the bencher for an end of the bencher trade that organizations pull just to make their fans feel like they're doing something.

Lawrence.. Lawrence of Arabia.. came to fight the Turkish.. nank nank.. nank nank

    Hollywood knights, funny movie.

Seriously, I think Bogans will help. we're always at a disadvantage whenever a a bigger guard with talent decides to go at Wesley and Head because of their lack of height. To have the option to go with a much taller bigger guard who can defend will help stop teams from going to that mismatch.

I haven't seen as much of him as I'd like, but we really, really needed a wing player to take the load off of McGrady and guard twos. And it'll be good for Baxter, who should get some minutes, and a decent chance to stick with Charlotte.

(that's one of my favorite flicks... couldn't help myself!)
