Cops are ****ing useless.

Almost the same case where neighbors saw a female and a child living in the back yard with a well known Phillip Garrido with a criminal record and the cops didn't even bother to check. So the tax are coming out of the people's pockets because of the incompetent cops.

 

From the vid, it looks like a ghettofied area of town. A place where pizza does not deliver to..

Sad story but good to see one of the victims smiling and appearing healthy. Has to be insane to live in a small 30k house with all those rapists for 10 years.

 

That jumped out to me as well. And the cops are saying they had no record of any calls about the house? I'm inclined to think the cops are in the wrong here, since multiple neighbors said they reported suspicious activity. Hopefully we hear more about this.
