Not much of an Olberman fan, but that was highly entertaining and LOL worthy ! Chuck is an idiot, albeit a mildly entertaining idiot at times.
So much for Morey's twitter creating a discussion about Barkley's grudge against the Rockets. Nah...Barkley turned that tweet into a discussion about jocks and nerds, completely trampling over any discussion about Barkley's grudge. think about it. Who's next in the Rockets organization to attempt to get the media to discuss Barkley and Shaq's grudge against the Rockets now that both Tad Brown and Morey have failed. Les? That will be embarrassing.
Nobody cares about Barkley's grudge against the Rockets nationally. Only thing that the national audience can relate to is the analytics discussion. However with the national attention that Morey brought on this situation now any future criticisms on the Rockets from Barkley will look like an obvious bias to the national audience. Glad we have a GM with backbone.

Barkley if he responds will retort with ad hominem fallacies and will never counter with substance that actually addresses the arguments. I used to love Inside the NBA on TNT but the show is slowly degrading. 90% of the show is the crew laughing at their own jokes and there is very little substance anymore.
Charles will just use this to double-down on the "nerds" and "guys who never played" nonsense. Never mind what Avery Johnson said about the Spurs analytics staff and how valuable it is.
Barkley got what he wanted. More clicks and more viewership with his stupid comments. He has got the NBA media talking about him. He is now the talk around sports news. He succeeded. Only idiots in this whole thing are Morey and us Rockets fans taking out our anger at Chuck. Morey looks like a fool being called a nerd with no game. Barkely wins yet again. Whose next?
