I think that had as much to do with McHale as anything. Even Asik would always get to open games with a customary post-up, to keep him happy and engaged. In fact, when he started for the Rockets, Asik actually had more FGA per game than Dwight had this season.

Ok, but it's not like Harden was not happy about that or i'm missing something?

Asik had more FGA cause he played pick & roll a lot (and also very well). Dwight on the other hand...

I dont want to hear what charles used to do to get guys involved because it obviously didnt work. Dude got beat everywhere he has been. That 1993 season was his best year and that was in a weak rebuilding western conference.

yeah, but it's no coincidence that his best 3 point shooting playoffs was playing kobe bryant, the most willing passer of all time.

    I agree. Especially the bolded.

For me, Harden's next evolution would be a 20 pt 11 assist 7 rebound type of player, but we need better 2nd and 3rd offensive options.

Yep, i think on paper Harden and Durant can be pretty much perfect, better than Westbrook and Durant. We just have to hope he'll be ok coming here (maybe with Horford). They would be perfect together imo.

Actually, Barkley isn't that observant. I've never heard him say anything I didn't expect or didn't know beforehand.

There are probably 100+ posters on this board that are more inciteful.

Just because he briefly reverted from being an intellectually lazy a-hole, I don't feel compelled to give him a pat on the back.

If he actually researched something before his broadcasts for an entire season, not just one 2 minute segment, I might congratulate him.

Harden needs to cut down on turnovers and make better decisions with the ball. I don't care if a guy gets 7 assists a game if he is turning it over 5 times its a waste
