    dude is an idiot

people here think i hate him but he isnt worth $10 mill a year and will be gone eventually unless morey overpays. More than likely he'll be traded some time next year

I would've easily given up Parsons for Rondo.

That'd have been a huge trade. Upgrade at PG and coach.

10 PPG on 42% from the field and 28% from beyond the arc...doesn't seem like he "lit him up" so far. Batum is definitely outperforming him in rebounding and playmaking though.

Parsons is very talented and has tons of room to grow but it won't happen in this environment. He is Hollywood as hell because he has not had a coach or a respected vet step up and tell him he is nothing more than flashes of potential.

He can absolutely be the third best player on a Championship team with the right leadership that holds him accountable for his effort on both ends of the floor. It would not take much. I see that he is a competitor and would probably love some tough love from a real leader.

He's a young guy with plenty of growing to do. The team is young overall and I think us as fans are forgetting that. The Rockets were very confident going into the series and they are getting owned by the Blazers. They know this and they are embarrassed. Let's see how they come together as a team.

Parsons has been saying things he shouldn't have all season. He needs to learn how to filter things.

It's obvious he's one of McHale's favorites, and all that talk about him being our 3rd star has inflated his ego. He has lots of potential but he's a product of our system. What other coach in the league would let him play point forward so much when he can't create anything for himself or others? And having him guard the best player on the other team when he's one of our worst defenders? Guy thinks he's a lot better than he really is, and I fear Morey will overpay him just for being a fan favorite.

No, he doesn't have potential. He doesn't even have the speed and release of a korver. Houston keeps adding these shooting 3's who dont play a lick of d (Hamilton??? Bring back brooks a playoff performer). He's just your soft nice guy who falls into moreys circle jerk with lin but can't do anything on his own. That's what separates the boys from the men and Morey shld absolutely be attacked if he keeps him on the team because HE JUST DOESNT FIT NEXT TO A DEFENSIVE LIABILITY LIKE HARDEN. McHale and the whole system only work in the reg season. Send McHale and parsons back to Minnesota and try to get some of their talent.

The team is full of n00bs. The last thing you want to do is gift bulletin board material and fire your opponent up when they already have the upperhand.

Most Parsons should just said he's the sexist SF in the series?

Apparently he said this before the game yesterday. When Chris Webber was notified of this during game, he immediately commented that this shows Parsons is not a veteran. This was a bad move by Paraons because this helped spark Batum early, and give the Blazers more motivation.

funny how Parsons got his spot on the team by hustling and playing D. Crazy to see how much his defense has regressed since his rookie year.

Yeah, Linsanity was all due to Asians, who are such an influential and powerful demographic that can make or break public figures. That's why you never see mocking or erasure of Asians in the media.

Ramon Sessions, Darren Collison, Raymond Felton have all had more impressive 2 week runs (and lol at their being nothing outside of that)... It was the whole Asian novelty factor that Morey bought into and has us stuck with an unmoveable contract next season.
