I think when people from certain social groups are sarcastic or joking, other people from other social groups interpret it as anger or arrogance. This is alot more appealing than all the people-pleasing attention grabbing crap. But it still reminds me of everytime I go to get my hair cut. Was he complaining that some DBs weren't coming to work out with him?
A couple of years ago, a very conservative lady at my job (in Houston) used to wear a Chad Johnson Bengals jersey to work on casual Fridays. I wonder what she thinks of the guy now.
I wonder if Chad will get cut/waived, since he's owed $6 million and he's a free agent starting next year. Depending on where he ends up, I think he's going to have a monster year. He's been banged up the last two and hasn't played much, the extra rest will help him, and he's been training since the day the season ended. I think he wants that one final contract, so he's gonna tear it up. After this year though, he'll probably be more a liability than an asset.
I used to really enjoy Chad Johnson's novelty act. I even thought it was a little funny that he changed his last name to Ochocinco. But now, it's all really played out.
