great video...obviously the big thing was the guarantee by deke...but what i also thought was interesting was that was asked what the hardest thing was about playing in utah....and he said its definitely not the crowd....not trying to start anything but is that a shot at the jazz fans?? if so I LOVE IT!!!! lol go rockets!!!!

deke for the block on kirilenko in game 6!

deke turns to the crowd and waves his finger!

    look out, folks...here comes boozer!

boozer grabs dekes finger and bends it back!

    boozer broke deke's finger!

boozer and deke are out of the game now!

umm...guarantees are crap. just as "i'm playing harder and smarter" because of the opposing team's player guarantee. it's all crap.

Deke has been around long enough to know about guarantees. Just wish he would guarantee that Boozer would only score 5 points with him guarding CB.

Don't worry, Mutombo is good Karma. The person you don't want to be saying this is TMAC.

Oh, great. The locker-room-material equivalent of a finger wag. And I thought Deke's mouth only looked big.

lol, slow news day. there's really nothing new to ask the players, i feel bad for all those reporters trying hard to find a story.

berman: now gave 6 is in their building, and if they lose they come back. do you think there's any pressure on them now? do you buy into that at all?
    t-mac: no
    berman: thanks

berman: how does it feel to know that if you have a great time tomorrow t-mac, that might be enough to carry this team to a win in utah and bring it back on your home floor?
    t-mac: i dunno

    lol

Why do the Rockets always do stuff like this. I was thinking earlier today, I hope nobody says anything stupid, and then I read this. It seems like we never learn.

haha i noticed that too. Also, T-Mac seems real distant from media these days and doesn't open up as much as he used to.

If they lose game 6 then that could well be Mutombo's last game in his career, so I don't really mind the guarantee that much. If the basketball god is watching, please let Mutombo play at least 8 more games.

I really hope Mutumbo stays one more year. Just based on this year we have a GREAT core. Once Yao is back who knows what could happen? We could be talking about the Houston dynasty a few years from now.

McGrady is 28 and has been relatively healthy the past 2 years. Yao is 27. We have some great rookies.. everything is here.

I recall Hakeem complained a few times about the altitude in Utah and Denver. The air is thinner there, so it's understandable that players who aren't accustomed to it might get winded faster. Fortunately, T-mac also said that it passed after 5 min. :)
