CF server problems?

I can access the site with my phone, but not on my computer.

Says "The page cannot be displayed"

Is there a server problem that doesn't affect phones or has my work finally blocked CF?

 

Nvm it's working now. But wasn't accessible all morning so I was frightened.

Lock, delete, ban.
