Centers in NBA that are currently better than Yao

    I think they are
    Saq (MVP)
    Divac (best actor)
    Kandi man (if he plays like he did before end of season)

    I did not include O'nell of Pacer and Ben Wallace, cuz their natural postion is PF.

    I agree. I can not wait to watch Yao school some of the other centers in the league like Jerome James, Ervin Johnson, Tonie Batie etc. Its amazing how bad the centers are these days..

    There are NO centers that can shoot or pass as good as Yao.
    None, zip, nada!

    Only Sabonis was (but he's past his prime).

    The only name on your list that I agree with is Shaq, I think that once Kandi gets his security; i.e. a contract he will sink back into his old ways.

    And Divac as you mentioned is a good actor but I cant see him upstaging young Yao Ming!

    I used alta-vista. It is suppose to say Yao Ming is the real deal but the closest I could get is Yao Ming is the true deal.

    Divac is a better passer than Yao. I hope you just forgot him, becuase that seems pretty obvious to me (no offense). I agree with you otherwise.

    I'm with Drexler fan.....have you even seen Divac pass the ball. I think he's more creative and effective then half of the point guards. The man's got a gift, please don't ignore it.

    Hmmmmmmm I'd have to say nobody but Shaq is a close second. He may not get the points they do but he has more skills and ball handling ability than all current nba centers.;)
