CDC Study Ordered by Obama Contradicts White House Anti-gun Narrative

Obama plays a lot of golf. Bush spent an inordinate amount of time in Crawford. To me, there is little difference.

 

They are more or less the same in this regard, however, taking vacation while many others are unemployed, at war, or working so hard they're unable to enjoy the same vacation time alone or with family speaks to how out-of-touch and full of **** Washington DC is. To top it off much of the vacationing includes activities most Americans would never be able to afford, yet our taxes foot their bill.

 

Bush stopped golfing because he thought it was inappropriate while troops where at war. When Bush was at Crawford he was working (meetings, etc...). This is not the case when you golf. That being said the whole conversation is stupid and as to the topic at hand, I put little stock in anything the CDC says (or what any government agency says about anything scientific).

He's the President. It isn't directly from him that the findings are shared. The government has...you know...staff for that very purpose. All it takes is a phone call that can be made from the fourth green, Crawford or Camp David.

I really think that you try to hold him to a standard to which you would not hold a Republican President. In that regard, if you are smelling noxious gas, its probably coming from you.

 

President asks for study on gun violence, how irresponsible and crazy is THAT? Some of you don't have the first clue on how to solve problems. Next, President asks for study on ______, crazies go nuts. Laughable.

By the way Obama's golf is so horrific - that no other president would so shamelessly play golf during a war. I mean, Eisenhower played only 800 rounds of golf, and Wilson only played 1,200. '

My favorite point is that people are not committing crimes with guns they are just killing themselves. That's great, now we can just put this topic to rest. Also, I found out that our gun violence is on par with the rest of the world, if we remove the most populated states in the country.

 

there is actually a huge difference. Bush spent way more time vacationing than Obama. They did both have vacations, so that's similar. But there is a huge difference.
