I really think Howard will end up here. He needs to win to redeem himself. The toxic media in LA would really hurt him next year.

I was going to post this in Cyber's thread. I think this is a good sign but I'm still not sold on him coming here. I think it's at best 50/50. I wish he would just tell LA he was bouncing.

Can you imagine those two together at the end of close games? The last 3 minutes of game time would take 45 minutes with all the free throws.

Although I would rather we trade Asik for a star PF if we get Howard, having both Asik and Howard on the court in the end of games would actually mitigate Asik's weak free throw shooting somewhat, as only Dwight would get the intentional fouling treatment.

 

If Asik is the type of player that Howard wants in the frontcourt with him I'm now completely convinced that this dude is an idiot.

 

if we get howard, i think we should trade asik for a pf or bench pieces. i love asik but having both him and howard would be too redundant
