Brooks doesn't choke in playoff games like Mo does, and unlike Mo who wilts Brooks steps up his game in cruchtime. Most importantly, Brooks tries to play D while Mo Williams coasts. This guy was trash in Milwaukee, and he's trash in Cleveland. Yet another one of Danny Ferry's horrible moves.

So Lebron is supposed to get other people jobs? He's a basketball player, not an employment agent.

I wouldn't say this one was a horrible move. If you ask me, it kind of snuck on the league how well they played off of each other when Mo wasn't in a slump. Ferry had to find a good shooter...that's exactly what Mo is

Yeah, but disregarding his horrible D, Mo is making an absurd amount of money, in the 10-12 ballpark if I'm not mistaken. Seeing how horrible he was in Milwaukee the Bucks should have paid the Cavs assets to take him off their hands, and not the other way around. Just because you need a shooter doesn't mean you have to force yourself to get overpaid guys, IMHO Ferry should have waited first before getting talent around LBJ. A pick in the lottery or two would have done wonders to surround him with talent, instead of trying to go all in every season.
