I may be reading this wrong (or my sarcometer could be seriously malfunctioning), but are you suggesting that Case Keenum is a better quarterback than pro-bowl MVP Matt Schaub?

If so, Schaub is not amused:

    and thus you deserve:

Keenum is All-American and a Heisman Trophy Candidate which is > than a Pro Bowl QB. And unlike Schaub, Keenum doesn't look high.

Both are ultimately useless prizes, but as far as Pro Bowl goes, atleast the people who made it to the probowl are serviceable if not the best players.

Yall remember that kid in 3rd grade or so who, try as he might dammit, he just couldn't achieve that coveted gold star, sadly the best that little muppet could do was the blue one? Not sure why I thought of that just now.

I think being All-American proves Keenum is one of the best players in the nation. All Pro means something. A lot more than a Pro Bowl.

Just kidding. Case Keenum should win the Heisman. I really enjoyed watching the dude play. He is going to be a stud if he gets drafted into the right situation. However, I just have a "no homo" thing for Schaub. It's just been so long since my hometown pro QB was good.

I expect Houston's Andrew Luck to get some Heisman pub at Stanford.

Case has no shot at the Heisman without a perfect season and over 6,000 yards due to the offense we run (which is even more pass happy than the Briles era was) and the conference we play in (not saying this is justified, just the stupid system at work).

Case will also never cut it in the NFL (too short, weak arm... but he's a great leader and elusive as hell), and will likely go straight to QB coaching or playing in the CFL.

However, he's a nice kid, a hard worker and fun to watch. I'm going to enjoy his final year as a Cougar.

    Shock 'em!

I love my Schaub thread and this thread equally. Eat em up Coogs!

Atleast there will always be this and the Schaub thread to compensate for the VY thread.

We're going to have to start a "Kevin Kolb, the GREAT" after he makes the pro bowl this year.

Tomorrow is UH Fan Appreciation Day. There will be a scrimmage at 11 am at Robertson Stadium and then the team will sign autographs at 1 pm.

    EAT 'EM UP!
