No... that actually still has to be declared by whoever is going to push the button... Everybody has to be away from the patient/no contact ("clear"), unless you want to also defibrillate that person as well.
What terrible, terrible news. It's truly shocking. I find it difficult to believe that we've lost an actress of such talent and presence. I first saw her in the 1975 film Shampoo, one of my favorite films from the mid-'70's. She was far too young. Goodbye, Carrie. I loved your work and will never forget you.
It's going to be very sad to see her in Episode 8. She had a very crazy life but successful career behind the camera. She's leaving behind multiple generations of fans and her legacy will span 100 years. She was an outspoken voice concerning her own mental illness which takes a tremendous amount of courage.
