Mike Rice tweet is the most intriguing and fresh. He's a former long-time employe/announcer for the Blazers, and definitely knows people within the organization. No reason for him to blurt this out for no reason. Image Bullard leaving the Rockets and then after a few years for the first time ever decides to tweet out news like this out of nowhere. Could be bad info, but I don't think there's a reason he's doing this to gain merit like all of the insiders and reporters undoubtedly are.
