The NBA trade rumors surrounding Carmelo Anthony that once appeared dead are now back, with reports that the Houston Rockets will be finalizing a deal for the New York Knicks star within days.

The Knicks have been working for weeks to deal their All-Star forward, and a little more than a week ago appeared to be in the final stages of completing a three-way deal that would send him to Houston. That deal fell apart at the last minute, and the Knicks were sent back to the drawing board looking for a deal shipping Anthony out of town.


With the Knicks signing Tim Hardaway Jr. to a giant offer sheet, it seemed a certainty that Carmelo Anthony would be gone before the start of next season, though the destination seemed unclear. But now there are reports that the Houston Rockets have again picked up the trade talks with the Knicks, and are nearing completion.

Tarek Fattal of the Los Angeles Daily Newsreported that the trade sending Carmelo Anthony to the Houston Rockets could be completed as early as this week.

 

Seems to based on Tarek's news. Nice, but not an independent confirmation.

 

Yeah, just more click bait. I'll be watching, but not on the edge of my chair.

 

The fact that his feed isn't filled with nba rumors actually makes me think he's more legit. I don't think would go out of his way to share a rumor like that if his source wasn't legit.

Still I'll believe it when I see it.. but if it does happen I have a lottttttttt of Knicks fans on twitter that I need to have a convo with

 

Who said Lebron isn't great? Matter of fact, who's comparing Lebron to any of his teammates? You're all over the place. What I'm saying is Lebron's greatness is overrated.
