Cardiac Moochie (Video)

Watching that video with Rudy's fist pumping made me realize how much I miss Rudy. Intellectually I know the team was better off moving on when they did, but I loved the guy.

 

And yet, I would not be surprised if that is more clutch shots in in the last 10 seconds to win or tie the game than the current Rockets have probably made in 2 years.

Mooch was clutch for a couple of years. I don't what happened to him but he fell off quickly.

I bet this has happened to most of us. Life happens. Doesn't mean you are less of fan.

 

That first shot was ****ing terrible.

10 seconds left with the game tied and the best play we came up with was a 40 foot heave?

 

This was right around the time when I had just moved to Houston and started watching the Rockets.

Strange that I love this damn team so much when the first teams I saw just weren't all that great.

...but they still ****ing rule.

 

NBA was so much more enjoyable those days.

 

Very cool vid, but man, the 2000-2001-2002 Rockets were such garbage.

So glad those days are behind us.
