Does anyone have suggestions on how to remove little paint scratches from a car? I saw that I had a small paint smear from some other ass, who rubbed his car bumper with mine. It is only about an inch big, but I am trying to remove it. Any suggestions on a product to use.

Try rubbing compound. I've heard rubbing compound can damage the finish, but I haven't had any problems. It's possible that it may swill a black car - I've never owned a black car. If you are afraid of damage, try it in a inconspicuous place first. I've used it for years on new car finishes to remove scratches, foriegn paint and marks from various objects. I've seen it do some real wonders - as long as the scratch isn't down to the metal or plastic. Hand buff as hard as it takes to remove and be sure and give it a coat or 2 of wax afterward.
