If even that - Dwight is in back-up center zone. At this point, Dwight's value is purely rebounding.

    Well this is dumb.

Not only is Capela already "passable" as a backup Center, but can you really name that many backups better than him? Doubt it.

If Capela "improves a lot in the summer and gets stronger", he will be perfectly solid for the Rockets.

If Capela improves his FT shooting, he has a chance to be an Allstar.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. DeAndre and Hassan does what Capela does and does it better and they will never be allstars.

    Just an anomaly/variance.

He's shooting at 38.3% for the entire season. Very rarely do players improve as FT shooters, especially the big guys. Rockets really need to hope Adam Silver changes the Hack-a-Shaq rules soon if they are planning on Capela becoming the starting C.

If Dwight could focus and hustle for an entire game, he would be the better player. Half the time he has his head in the clouds or gives up easy buckets because he's frustrated from a push or something, which makes him a frustrating player to pull for.

Dwight has been the best overall playoff performer.

    This is silly.

That's why playoff Dwight is a real thing. That's when he really really tries. Not sure we'll get that this year (if we manage to make the playoff in the first place.)

You do, as good as Capella played, he still fouled out at just over 20 minutes... Let's just say you need a better C for Capella to backup at least the first half of next season.

Dwight also had 5 fouls in 20 minutes. At this point I'd call them even, but at least Capela plays with energy and doesn't whine that he doesn't get "showcased" enough. I would be delighted if I never have to see another Dwight post-up that ends with him chucking a line-drive hook shot straight into the backboard.

Yes, Capela gets pushed around sometimes, but I think his positives outweigh his negatives most nights, especially since there are not that many huge Centers these days.

He's always been an around 60% ft shooter. If anything, last season was the anomaly. He was shooting at 60% at college.

He should be pissed that he hasn't helped make this team better.

I would say rebounding and finishing are strengths for Capella.
